Engineering jobs where you actually see the thing you built
We are a small enough team that an engineer here is not a resource on a plan. You will be on a project long enough to be accountable for it, you will go to site, and you will be in the room when the client asks the difficult question.
Most of our work is in railway power supply and water treatment, which means real infrastructure, real safety requirements, and standards you will learn properly rather than skim. We hire electrical, instrumentation and automation profiles at every level of experience, including apprenticeships and internships.
What we look for: people who write things down clearly, who say when they are unsure, and who are comfortable being the one accountable for a decision. Formal qualifications matter less than that.
