EIA-Booster is the project software we built because we kept losing time to the same problem: on a large EIA package, the cable schedule, the I/O list, the loop diagrams and the PLC configuration are the same information written down four times — and they drift apart.
What it does
- One source of truth. Equipment, cables, instruments and I/O are held once, and the documents are generated from them.
- PLC configuration generation. Tag lists and hardware configuration produced from the same database, so a late I/O change does not mean a manual sweep.
- Document control. Revisions, transmittals and approval status, with an audit trail.
- Test tracking. Loop checks, FAT and SAT results recorded against the equipment they belong to.
- Progress visibility. Real completion by discipline, based on documents and tests rather than on a percentage someone estimated.
How it is used
