An automation system is only as good as what it is being told. Instrumentation is the part of the job where a plant either earns its measurements or spends the next decade arguing about them.
What we produce
- Instrument index, datasheets and specification against the process requirement
- Loop diagrams, hook-up drawings and junction box schedules
- Selection and sizing: flow, level, pressure, temperature, analytical and water-quality instruments
- ATEX and hazardous-area classification input where the process demands it
- Calibration procedures, loop checks and site validation records
Where it matters most
On water treatment, the analytical instruments — conductivity, resistivity, TOC, turbidity, residual chlorine — are the plant. Get their location, sample conditioning or response time wrong and the control loop chases a number that does not represent the process. We spend the time on that early, because it is very expensive to revisit after commissioning.
